Orders and Inventory
What size will I need? Please refer to the size charts available on the product
pages of the online store to help you make the appropriate choices. If you’re still
unsure, feel welcome to contact us directly for any recommendations. Note:
Customized jerseys cannot be exchanged once pressed.
Can I change my order once it has been completed? Unfortunately, we are
unable to make any changes to an order once it has been completed online,
including updating delivery address or contact details.
Can I exchange my item(s) or request a refund? We do not offer refunds
unless items are deemed faulty by staff. We do offer exchanges if your size is
incorrect. Items with name and number customization cannot be exchanged
once the customization has been pressed on the item, so please ensure the
correct size.
When will you process my order? Our Customer Care team will endeavor to
process orders purchased before 12:00 pm on the same day, and otherwise
generally within no more than two business days of receiving your order.
Can I pick up my order from the Club shop in Hindmarsh? Yes, you can.
After selecting your items and adding them to the cart, you can select delivery or
pick-up during checkout. Wait for a second notification (email/SMS) that your
order is ready for collection before arriving at the store.
How long is your store's exchange period? We offer exchanges within 28
days from the purchase date (Online + In-store). Proof of purchase is required for
exchanges.
Am I able to collect my order on match-day? Due to the fast-paced nature
of match-day, we cannot service match-day collections at or inside the stadium.
Use the Pick-Up option from the AUFC Store, and our team will prepare your
order as promptly as possible.
If stock is listed as unavailable, can I still order it? If items are currently
sold out online, contact us directly to see if we have your preference in stock at
the AUFC Store. If so, our staff can transfer to online or process a phone order for you.
I have won an item via online auction, what do I do now? You will receive a
notification that you have won the item(s) and be prompted to complete your
order. You have 48 hours to complete payment or communicate with us.
Otherwise, the item is offered to the next highest bidder.
