How long will my order take to arrive? Once your order is placed and you’ve
received a Confirmation Email, we aim to process all orders within two working
days. Delivery time-frames:
- Parcel Post (Standard): Up to 2 business days for South Australian Metro Addresses, up to 5 business days for South Australian Country Addresses, and up to 3-6 business days for Interstate Metro Addresses.
- Express Post: Next business day delivery to 80% of Australian addresses.
- If outside the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links.
- International: Standard tracked delivery estimated to arrive within 14-21 days from lodgement.
How can I track my order? Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with
tracking details. Click the link to monitor your order status.
Will my order arrive in a single delivery? Yes, items ordered in a single
transaction will be sent together. For Pre-Order items, if you wish to receive
available items before the Pre-Order stock arrives, purchase them in separate
transactions. On rare occasions, orders may need to be sourced from various
locations, arriving at different times with multiple deliveries, with no extra
shipping charges.
What happens if I am not home to receive my order? If you miss your
delivery and haven't provided Authority To Leave, Australia Post may leave a
card or note explaining how to pick up your order from a local depot or arrange
re-delivery. Monitor your order for tracking updates.
Will I need to pay customs fees? International orders may incur local taxes
and duties on imported parcels. These charges are regulated by the government
of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. International
customers pay reduced prices as the Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST -
10%) is deducted from the total cart amount, which may help offset customs
costs.
