Can I exchange my item(s) or request a refund? We do not offer refunds
unless items are deemed faulty. Exchanges are available if your size is incorrect.
Items with customization cannot be exchanged once the customization has been
pressed. Items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached for
exchanges. For full details, contact: clubstore@aufc.com.au.
How long is your store's exchange period? We offer exchanges within 28
days from the purchase date (Online + In-store). Proof of purchase is required for
exchanges.
How can I request an exchange? Contact our Customer Care team at
clubstore@aufc.com.au with your order number and the details of the item you
wish to exchange. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
